OnsJag is a hunting event coordination platform that connects hunters, outfitters, venues, guides, and specialist providers around shared hunt events. The platform facilitates event planning, live field operations, billing visibility, and post-hunt record keeping.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You agree to use OnsJag only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including all hunting and wildlife management legislation relevant to your jurisdiction.
All content, features, and functionality of the OnsJag platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of OnsJag and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnsJag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of OnsJag after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
