The rules for using OnsJag.

These terms apply to anyone who downloads, accesses, or uses OnsJag, whether through the mobile app, the web app, or the website. Please read them carefully. By using OnsJag you agree to these terms.
By creating an account, signing in, or using any part of OnsJag, you agree to these terms and to the OnsJag Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use OnsJag.
OnsJag is developed and maintained by Mark Robberts from NeverOffice. The OnsJag platform and related services are provided by NeverOffice, registration number 2012/142653/07, a South African company. References in these terms to "we", "us", or "our" mean NeverOffice operating the OnsJag platform.
OnsJag is intended for users aged 16 years and older. By using OnsJag you confirm that you are at least 16. We may introduce a supervised or minor account model in future; until then, no users under 16 may create or use an account.
You are responsible for the information you provide and for all activity that takes place under your account. You agree to:
OnsJag is a coordination, communication, record-keeping, and event administration platform for hunting events. It helps users plan and run hunts, capture event records, and share relevant information with the people and businesses they invite or interact with.
OnsJag is not:
You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, licences, landowner rules, firearm requirements, animal welfare rules, conservation rules, transport and export rules, tax obligations, and safety obligations that apply to your hunting activity. NeverOffice and OnsJag do not grant any such rights or approvals.
OnsJag allows businesses (such as outfitters, farms, professional hunters or guides, processors, accommodation providers, travel providers, and specialists) to publish profiles, services, and prices. Business owners are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and currency of the information they publish.
NeverOffice does not independently warrant, endorse, or guarantee the services, pricing, licences, availability, or representations made by businesses on OnsJag unless expressly stated in writing by NeverOffice. Any contract, payment, or arrangement between users and businesses is between those parties, not with NeverOffice.
OnsJag lets you upload and share content such as profile photos, business or service photos, trophy images, event details, messages, and comments. You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant NeverOffice a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, and display that content as required to operate OnsJag for you and the people you have shared it with.
You are responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate.
By default, event data, trophy photos, messages, comments, and related media are not public. They are visible only to relevant event members, selected friends or contacts, and users or businesses with whom you interact through OnsJag, depending on the feature and the permissions you select.
If you are an event organiser or admin, you are responsible for who you invite and what content you make visible to those participants.
OnsJag offers location-based features such as event location, trophy or capture GPS, and live participant location during a LIVE event. These features:
You acknowledge that GPS, mobile network, and device limitations may affect the accuracy or availability of location data.
OnsJag currently provides event and service cost visibility only. Billing screens display the services and amounts associated with an event for transparency between participants and providers. OnsJag does not currently take card or bank payments and does not act as a payment processor or escrow. Any actual payment between users and providers happens outside OnsJag, and NeverOffice is not a party to those payments.
You agree not to:
NeverOffice reserves the right, at its discretion and without prior notice where reasonable, to suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate any account, business profile, listing, event, or piece of content that breaches these terms or that is necessary to protect the platform, its users, or third parties. We may also remove content in response to lawful requests.
OnsJag is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We aim for the platform to be reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the product evolves. Live, location, and field-awareness features depend on devices, networks, and external systems that we do not control.
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law:
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through OnsJag. Your continued use of OnsJag after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using OnsJag and may request account deletion.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising out of or relating to OnsJag will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts, without prejudice to any non-waivable rights you may have under the law of your habitual residence.
