How to request deletion of your OnsJag account and associated personal information.
Last updated: 4 May 2026
You can ask NeverOffice, the operator of OnsJag, to delete your account and the personal information associated with it at any time. This page explains how to make the request, what we generally remove, and what may be retained.
Open the OnsJag mobile app and go to Profile → Legal & Support → Delete account. The flow asks you to:
On confirmation the deletion runs immediately on the OnsJag servers and you are signed out.
If you cannot reach the in-app flow, send an email from the address registered on your OnsJag account to info@neveroffice.com with the subject line "OnsJag account deletion request".
Please include:
On a successful deletion request, NeverOffice intends to delete or de-identify:
Some information may be retained, in whole or in de-identified form, where this is necessary or appropriate. Examples include:
If you own one or more business profiles on OnsJag, please tell us in your deletion request whether the business profiles should also be deleted, transferred to another user, or left in place under another administrator. We will confirm the approach before acting.
For events you organised or participated in, content authored by you can be removed, but the event itself may continue to exist for other participants. Where appropriate, your contributions may be anonymised rather than deleted, so other participants' record of the event remains intact.
The in-app deletion flow runs the deletion immediately on confirmation. Email-route requests are acknowledged within a reasonable period after receipt and actioned as soon as is operationally practical. Backups and certain retained records (above) roll over according to their normal cycle and may take longer to be fully removed.
If you submit a deletion request and change your mind, contact us at info@neveroffice.com as soon as possible. We may be able to halt the deletion if it has not yet been actioned.
