How NeverOffice handles your information when you use OnsJag.
Last updated: 4 May 2026
This policy explains what OnsJag collects, why, who can see it inside the app, and the choices you have. We have written it in plain language. We will continue to update it as the product evolves.
OnsJag is developed and maintained by Mark Robberts from NeverOffice. The OnsJag platform and related services are operated by NeverOffice, registration number 2012/142653/07, a South African company.
NeverOffice is the responsible party for your personal information under this policy.
OnsJag is a private hunting event coordination platform that helps hunters, outfitters, professional hunters or guides, farms or venues, processors, accommodation providers, travel providers, and other service businesses plan and run shared hunt events. It supports planning, invites, live field awareness, trophy and event records, messages and comments, and event/service cost visibility.
OnsJag does not sell your personal information and does not use third-party advertising tracking by default.
When you register we collect your email address, the password you set (stored as a hash, not in clear text), the name fields you choose, account status, and security state used for login, activation, password reset, and account protection.
Information you choose to put on your profile: display name, full name, avatar image, and any optional details you add. This helps other users you interact with recognise you.
If you create or are connected to a business in OnsJag (for example an outfitter, farm, processor, or specialist), we store the business name, contact details, location, services and pricing, photos and logos, and visibility settings. The business owner controls whether the business is public or discoverable to other OnsJag users. NeverOffice does not independently warrant, endorse, or guarantee the services, pricing, licences, availability, or claims made by any business unless expressly stated in writing.
Events you create, are invited to, or participate in, including roles, accepted/declined status, linked provider businesses, services on the event, and event status. This information is shared only with relevant event participants and linked provider businesses inside the app context.
Profile avatars, business logos, service images, and photos linked to events or trophies that you choose to upload. We do not scan your device photo library on our own; we only access the photos you select through the system photo picker or capture with the camera.
OnsJag uses location data only for event safety, live field awareness, and trophy or event records. Specifically:
Live participant location is restricted to authorised participants of the relevant event. It is not published to the public web, not shared with advertisers, and not sold.
Event messages, comments, and similar activity you create inside the app. These are visible only within the relevant event, friend, or contact context.
OnsJag has its own in-app contacts feature that is built from the people, businesses, and events you interact with through the platform. The OnsJag mobile app does not access or upload your phone's device address book.
Operational logs from our backend systems (for example request logs, error logs, and basic device or session identifiers used for authentication and abuse prevention). These are kept for troubleshooting, reliability, security review, and support, and access to them is limited to authorised operators.
OnsJag does not currently embed third-party advertising analytics, third-party crash reporting, or behavioural tracking SDKs in the mobile app.
We use your information to:
By default, your event data, trophy photos, messages, comments, and related media are not public. They are visible only to:
Business profiles and service listings may be visible to other OnsJag users where the business owner chooses to make the business public or discoverable.
Account-related and event-related emails (such as activation, registration confirmation, password reset, and event invites) are delivered through MailConnector, which is also operated by NeverOffice.
MailConnector is used only as a delivery mechanism for these messages. MailConnector is not the OnsJag identity provider and does not run authentication on your behalf. The information processed for email delivery is limited to what is needed to send the message (such as the recipient address and the message context) and is processed under the same privacy posture as the rest of OnsJag.
We keep operational logs to help the platform run reliably and securely. We aim to minimise what is logged, and we do not intentionally log sensitive content. Where we use device or session identifiers, they are used for authentication, security, and support, not for advertising or cross-site tracking.
OnsJag does not access or upload your phone's device address book. Any "Contacts" feature inside OnsJag is built from your in-app relationships with other OnsJag users, businesses, and event participants.
OnsJag does not currently collect or process card, bank, or payment information. Billing screens in the app are limited to event and service cost visibility — they show what services and amounts are associated with an event for transparency between participants and providers. Any actual payment between users and businesses currently happens outside the OnsJag platform.
To run OnsJag we use a limited set of infrastructure and operational service providers (for example cloud hosting, database hosting, email delivery via MailConnector, and standard developer tooling). These providers process information only to provide their services to NeverOffice and are bound by their own contractual and security obligations.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@neveroffice.com.
You can delete your OnsJag account at any time from inside the mobile app at Profile → Legal & Support → Delete account. The flow requires you to re-enter your password and to confirm the action. On confirmation the deletion runs immediately and cascades across your data. An email request route is still available as a fallback. See the Account & Data Deletion page for what deletion removes and what may be retained.
OnsJag is intended for users aged 16 years and older. Users under 16 may not create an account or use the app. We may introduce a specific supervised or minor account model in future; until then, the 16+ rule applies.
OnsJag is a coordination, communication, record-keeping, and event administration platform. It does not grant hunting rights, licences, permits, firearm authorisations, land access, professional hunting authorisations, animal export permissions, tax advice, or legal approval for any hunting activity. Users, outfitters, farms, professional hunters or guides, and other service providers remain responsible for complying with all applicable laws, permits, landowner rules, firearm regulations, animal welfare requirements, conservation rules, transport and export requirements, tax obligations, and safety duties.
